Service Description

Join Cathy for this 3-week series where we will gather in a sacred circle and "spill the tea," discussing hot topics in teen life. Weekly topics include self esteem, social anxiety, social stressors with peers, conflict resolution, self-empowerment, self-care, and dating relationship issues. We will explore these issues through expressive therapy approaches like art, psychodrama, writing, and tarot reading, as well as yoga and movement for self regulation. Teens will learn ways to cope and manage everyday stressors and bring balance and a sense of calm into their lives. (Investment: $150 investment for the full series or $55 for a drop-in. Space is limited to 10 teen girls ages 14-17 years of age, although there is some flexibility with age.)
